Prima TC was started with two cousins in real estate.
Johanna Davies (pictured) grew up in real estate and has been a licensed transaction coordinator for eight years. She still has family operating in the business, one of which is her cousin. While she and her Realtor cousin had lunch and discussed the lack of high quality talent in the industry, they decided to start their own transaction coordination business. Their drive to start the business was to provide exceptional and professional service and making the often stressful real estate transaction process easy and orderly.
